Shipping policy

  • How much is shipping?

    Shipping costs will vary depending on where you are located in the United States.  Packages shipping to the continental United States are sent from our North Carolina warehouse.

  • How long until I receive my order?

    In the US, packages usually arrive 2-5 business days after they are shipped, but occasionally can take longer — especially during Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales. The average shipping time in the continental United States is 4 business days, but allows for up to 5-10 days during Black Friday and Cyber Monday.

    We do offer express 2-day shipping in the US and packages usually arrive within 2 business days once shipped. Please note that this does not include the packing and processing time.


  • What is your return policy ?

    At Sonic Power, we want you to LOVE our products. If for some reason you’re not in love with your purchase, your undamaged Sonic Power products purchased from may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the date the item was delivered to your shipping address.

  • How do I return a product?

    To make your 30-day return, email our team at or send us a note via our contact form which you can access at the bottom of the page.

    Please remember that refund requests for the 30-day money back guarantee expire 30 days after the item's shipping date (according to the shipping carriers tracking information). It is not possible to process a request for a refund for non-quality issues for items that have expired within this 30-day window. For purchases not made directly through Sonic Power’s online store, please contact retailers for refunds. For quality-related issues, please see below.

  • What if I cancel my order after it’s shipped?

    Please note that if you decide to cancel your order while the package is in transit, you'll need to receive it first and then send it back to our return address. Refusing delivery of a package in transit will result in it being sent back to the overseas warehouse and destroyed if not delivered. We cannot offer refunds for items that are destroyed in this manner.


  • Where are you located?

    We have 2 offices on the East Coast of the United States.  Our warehouse and operations team is located in Chapel Hill, North Carolina not far from the University of North Carolina.  Our marketing and finance team is located in sunny Miami, Florida.

  • What are your business hours?

    We are available to answer your messages anytime from 9am-5pm EST, Monday through Friday.  We will typically respond within 1 hour.
