SHIPPING POLICY

Packages shipping to the continental United States are sent from our North Carolina warehouse. Orders that are shipped from North Carolina are typically packed within 1-2 business days of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays. However, during the peak holiday season or during Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be packed and processed.

In the US, packages usually arrive 2-5 business after they are shipped, but occasionally can take longer — especially during Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales. The average shipping time in the continental United States is 4 business days, but allows for up to 5-10 days during Black Friday and Cyber Monday.

We do offer express 2-day shipping in the US and packages usually arrive within 2 business days once shipped. Please note that this does not include the packing and processing time.
